Full-Time Accountant for Finance Department

Overview

Responsibilities

• Track and reconcile inventory for vehicles, spare parts, and workshop materials efficiently.
• Monitor the cost of goods sold (COGS), including vehicle acquisition costs and workshop usage expenses.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare statutory returns such as VAT, PAYE, and WHT.
• Support both internal and external audit activities by providing necessary documentation.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor depreciation schedules effectively.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis, cost-control insights, and comprehensive performance reports to management.
• Collaborate with sales, workshop, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
• Validate job cards, service invoices, and workshop expenses prior to posting for accurate financial records.
